Biomonitoring Methods
Stream temperature: Data loggers record air and water temperatures in focal streams every hour of every day. Monitored streams include 8 sites on Chapman, Langdale, Malcolm, Roberts and Wilson Creeks.
Salmon counts: Volunteers conduct salmon counts in most weeks following the Streamkeepers Handbook, Module 12, Salmonid Salmon Survey (https://www.pskf.ca/mod12/index.php). Focal streams include Chaster, Langdale, Malcolm, Roberts, Angus, Hutchinson, Ouillet, Stephens and Twin Creeks.
